New Patients

On Your First Visit

During your first visit to our office, you will be taken on a short tour of the facility and then you will meet with your doctor in a relaxed, private consultation room. Together, you and the doctor will discuss your needs and desires for your oral health. We generally recommend an examination and necessary x-rays to determine the condition of your teeth and any needed treatment. After your examination, the doctor will thoroughly explain what he’s found and what treatment is recommended. Questions about insurance and financial arrangements will also be addressed at this time by our treatment coordinator.

Save time and fill out your patient history form before your visit. Simply print off the patient history form (PDF), fill it out, and bring it with you to the office.
