William R. Jungman DDS, Owner
Dr. Wm. R. Jungman is the Chairman of the Board of the Boys and Girls club, an assistant Scoutmaster and Citracado Dental Group is the sponsoring organization for Cub Scout Pack 659. Dr. Jungman recently received the “Service to Youth” award from the Escondido City Council. He provides complimentary dental consultations for both the Escondido and San Marcos Joslyn Centers and was chosen as one of San Diego’s top dentists for 2007.
Wm. R. Jungman, D.D.S, established Citracado Dental Group in Escondido in 1980. His wife and dental partner, Julie E. Kangas, DDS in 1981, joined him. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1980 and had a vision of establishing a family practice in North County. Our current facility was completed in 1995, and is the permanent home of Drs. Jungman and Kangas, their associates and support team.
They are the parents of four sons and reside in Escondido. They enjoy the outdoors, skiing, community activities and being together as a family.
